ESTIMATION OF CHOLINE BICARBONATE

:

Weigh about 2.0 gms of a sample in a weighing bottle and transfer in a 250 ml of conical flask containing 50 ml of distilled water. And titrate with 0.5 N H2SO4 (Sulphuric acid) using methyl red indicator. Each ml of 0.5 N H2SO4 is equivalent to 0.0825 g of Choline Bi Carbonate
